In collaboration with the Sparsh Foundation, Barton Library is poised to become a vibrant and dynamic hub for the city of Bhavnagar. Over the past few months, Barton Library has hosted a series of diverse and engaging events that have attracted students, citizens, and literature enthusiasts from across Bhavnagar. Another significant initiative is "Baithak at Barton," a series of gatherings where renowned literary figures from Bhavnagar and beyond share their insights, experiences, and thoughts on various topics. INTACH organises an annual national quiz. Students from schools associated with INTACH Chapters across the country partake in the competition.INTACH Bhavnagar organised the city round of the national quiz in collaboration with Sparsh Foundation under the Bulbul Barton initiative (a part of #BeautifyBarton)
80 teams with a total of over 150 enthusiastic students participated in the quiz which included a written and oral round. Students were tested on questions related to national heritage, Bhavnagar’s heritage as well as INTACH. The winning team will now proceed to the INTACH State level quiz competition, with the winner proceeding to the national round.
